Steps to Backup Office 365 Account

Step 1:

Open Office 365 Backup Software

Step 2:

Enter Login Details of Office 365 Account / Exchange Server

Step 3:

Show Preview of all available folders

Step 4:

Select the 'File Format' in which you want to take the backup of Office 365 account

Step 5:

Select the Destination location to save Office 365 Backup file

Step 6:

Click 'Next' to Start the backup process.
